App is acting strange?
If you are experiencing issues with the app behaving unexpectedly, you likely need a fresh start. We strongly recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app, though you can also try clearing the app’s data.
Important: You must uninstall (or clear data) on BOTH the watch and the phone before installing or launching the app again. Otherwise, the old settings will sync back and undo your fix.
If you choose to clear the app’s data:
- On Phone: Go to Settings > Apps > Wear OS Toolset > Storage > Clear Data.
- On Watch: Long press the app icon (or go to Settings > Apps) > App Info > Clear Data.
After clearing data, my complications or tiles are empty or missing. What should I do?
Don’t worry, this is normal! Since the app was reset, it lost the specific configuration for those slots. To fix this, simply remove the complication or tile and then add it back again. This forces a fresh connection and allows the data to load correctly.

How does the Free Trial Work?
A: We offer two subscription tiers to unlock the full power of the Toolset:
- Lifetime: A one-time purchase (no trial).
- Monthly Subscription: Comes with a 3-Day Free Trial.
- Yearly Subscription: Comes with a 7-Day Free Trial.
Can I cancel the trial period?
The trial period duration is fixed and cannot be shortened or “canceled” to trigger an immediate charge. However, if you do not wish to continue to a paid subscription, you must cancel the subscription via the Google Play Store settings before the trial days run out.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Since Wear OS Toolset is processed entirely through the Google Play Store, you can manage your subscription by opening the Play Store app, tapping your profile icon, and selecting Payments & subscriptions.

Can I use the phone app without the watch?
Yes! The phone app acts as a standalone dashboard where you can view weather, tides, moon phases, and more.
